I am pleased to see that someone from the digital music community has had a positive response to the new rates we have rolled out for music streamed online. I guess it is all out there now and we will just have to see what happens. Fingers crossed…
So, not a positive result from the high court, but I suspect the fight will continue. Shame on you, California.
