So what is Burning Man?
OK - so this film is a few years out of date - but you get the idea!
I will be there this summer!
Can’t chuffin’ wait!

Vauxhall Is Gurning IV Photos
There were some serious shapes thrown, some big heels, bigger hair and a hell of a lot of booze drunk.
I was still hungover on Monday evening.
If you get chance to go to one of these events then do it!
Check your preconceptions at the door and have some fun.

Sarah Silverman is fucking Matt Damon
CAUTION: Parental Advisory!
Who the fuck cares? It made me laugh.
I love it when big names are good sports and do stuff like this.
Sweeney Todd - The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
Just home from seeing ‘Sweeney Todd - The Demon barber of Fleet Street’ at the cinema.
Gorey, dark, more than a little twisted and yet visually stunning, beautifully acted and damned funny in places….
Well, what did you expect? It is a Tim Burton film after all.
Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter are suitably quirky in their mutually beneficial business arrangement - a subject on which I shall say no more…. You either know the story or you should see the film.
To be honest, I think this is a film you will either love or hate - It is a musical and that will not suit everyone, and some people I spoke to found Stephen Sondheim’s score not to their taste.
I personally loved it!
Long may the triad of Burton, Depp and Bonham Carter endure….
Bjork Declares Independance in Sydney
The show looks amazing!
She is definitely raising her flag, higher and higher (sorry - couldn’t resist).
Can’t wait until we get to see it in April here in London!
Covent Garden’s Flying Helium Balloon Acrobat
As usual, my Christmas shopping has been left to the last weekend possible - but I am kinda pleased at my lack of planning or I would not have discovered the Christmas food market in Covent Garden and its tasty bratwurst.
Nor would I have witnessed the slightly crazy lady pictured above and her graceful aerial ballet as she floated above the crowd on her giant helium balloon.
I say crazy as it was around freezing yesterday evening and she wasn’t wearing many layers; that and the fact that she was only tethered by 2 very slim cables to 2 not so burly men who moved around in the crowd adjusting her direction and height.
Yet, it all felt very festive and I am glad I happened upon it.
I love London.
