Well guys, I may be offline again for a while….
On Christmas eve my recent technology woes reached a new peak.
My laptop has died.
It seems converting some DVD content to ipod format was too much for it and something went pop inside.
So please forgive yet another reduction in posting.
I am beginning to think it may be time to make the switch to Mac.
Hmmmm…. a MacBook Pro maybe?
I found another amusing quote today, and I felt it warranted a special mention, as well as adding to the Randomness Suggests quote rotation to the right….

How very appropriate! Although for some of us it appears already too late - eh boys? 
Yesterday I was informed that the main RSS2 feed for this site was broken/blank/snafued/buggered (delete/insert term/s as appropriate), and it took me until today to sort out why….
I recently upgraded my software on the server for this site, and when I did so it seems the file that handles the feed was corrupted - hence blank feed.
200feet wishes to apologise for the error, and can assure you that normal service has now resumed.
Those of you wishing to subscribe can use the links over there in the ‘Feeds’ section of the right sidebar, where there is an option to subscribe to the posts and/or the comments.

Share This - Added functionailty for bookmarking or sharing posts via social networks or by email. Simply click the ‘Share This’ link in the post and click the social website of your choice, or email to anyone from the ‘E-mail’ tab in the pop-up.
Twitter - Added a ‘What I’m Doing….’ section over there on the left. This should auto-update from my Twitter account, and will let you know the last thing that I remembered to post that I was doing.
Added a new feature so that when you are leaving a comment on a particular entry, you can then subscribe to further comments - you will receive an email letting you know when anybody else leaves a comment after yours. Simply check the box before clicking the button to submit your comment.
